Spam and Virus Alerts

It appears as google caches us more and more that we are recieving a 
higher number of "non content" messages that appear to be spam - and are 
often the source of me recieving somehere around 80+ virus alerts.

I currently have razor installed and doing filtering, however its 
architecture is limited.

spamassasin is supposed to be good, but have heard (possibly older) 
fears of false positives)

I'm open to suggestions for clearing this up.
