The following section towards the end of the opf file
seems to be repeated for each time the track is
checked out.

so for a track that I've checked out three times I

There is nothing different between these
entrys.Perhaps the Octet string hash ID is generated
partially based on 
some features of the track and partially based on a
unique ID that each MD player has. The entries for
tracks would then have differing Hash ID's if  checked
out to different MD Players.


The 1 3 8 0 5 4 102 bit does seem constant. The fourth
number corresponds to the number of times more the
track 
is allowed to be checked out
ie 1 3 8 3 5 4  == three times remaining (you haven't
checked this track out)

1 3 8 0 5 4 == no times remaining you have this track
checked out three times already. There should then be
three entries in the check out section.
