NetMD and Mac OS X (Again and again !)

Hello guys,
You must be fed up with people like me who don't understand anything 
about what you're talking about. I'm not a programmer, and I'm new on 
the web : I don't know how use your website !

But the story is :
I have an MZ N707
I have an eMac OS X
(So Sony f... me!, and I would like to do the same in the other way)

Is there any software to make files converted and transfered from OS X 
to MD ?
please not too complicated !
