Simple Answer: Not any time soon, maybe never. More details as to why this is the case at http://www.sorted.org/Xmd/faq.html That FAQ is about a month out of date, but I haven't really had a chance to do any coding in that time. There has been some significant progress in decoding the NetMD protocols thanks to the sterling efforts of Marcus Brinkmann but none of that progress was really related to audio transfers. So in terms of audio transfer, you can treat that FAQ as reasonably up-to-date Pete.
