Jump to loop feature

   Just pushed a new "Jump to loop" feature that can be enabled or 
disabled in the preferences.  When enabled, playback will jump 
immediately to the start of a new loop.  Otherwise playback will ignore 
a new loop unless it happens to encounter it.

   Please test latest git.
