I'm no big fan of micro$oft and run OS/2 Warp at home, but I can't think of
many email clients that would properly display an inline MIME block as
generated by your Mutt email client - other than perhaps another Mutt
client. You probably should just quote the text you wanted to forward or
figure out how to forward messages without inlining them if you want to
reach an audience outside other Mutt users.
I shut off HTML in my email in deference to people that use straight
ASCII-text email clients and to save bandwidth. Same concept.
