I want to get some help too, please help us!
I install on the Red Hat 7, but we only can hear the other hand, we could not
realize the bidirectional communication. Is it have something on the soundcard
and network connection? How to deal with the soundcard? Is it support the
Roland soundcard drivers? Must it use ALSA or OSS soundcard drivers? We test
it on the local network? Is it have any effect? I have installed both windows
2003 server and linux OS on my computer. It can run normally under windows,
but have problems under linux. Is it indicate that it have the problem of the
soundcard?
I do need your help, I am waiting for your reply!
Thanks a lot!
: I am a newbie who is trying to install speak
: freely. I am running redhat8 on an athlon
: system. I have tried to read the install and
: makefiles, however, I simply do not
: understand the instructions (they asume a
: level of linux knowledge higher than I
: possess).
: Could someone explain (very explicitly) how to
: install this program or direct me to a
: website with instructions for the newest of
: linux users.
: [I REALLY want to abandon Microsoft, but
: situations like this are what have prevented
: me from doing so over the years...]
: thank you.
