But this is the problem. Consider the "public" cafe equipped with WiFi and
NAT - many of us want to use our laptops (equipped with 802.11 wireless) to
speak with others. We cannot receive UDP packets from the outside - only
transmit them due to the NAT box configurations. How are you going to
control these?
