MIDI Polyphonic Expression spec is public

hi list,

the MPE spec is available on the link 'MIDI Polyphonic Expression 
("MPE")' on this page:

https://www.midi.org/specifications-old/item/the-midi-1-0-specification

you will need an account on midi.org, which is free.

whether we can prioritize it right now is another issue, but it would be 
great to have MPE support in SC :)
