Re: envfollower on fft bins

I would like to use the spectral magnitudes of one sound and apply that to
another one. I tried this with pvcalc2, but I don't like the way it sounds
because the source sound is very audible. That's why I'm looking for some
kind of a magnitude envelope following technique.
