Since I built those RPMs on a RH linux 9.0 box, I doubt very much that 
you'll end up getting any different results than I did.

But, you're welcome to prove me wrong.  If you wish to try building zinf by 
hand, you need to start with rebuilding the libmusicbrainz and id3lib source 
RPMs, which will get you the -devel packages, with all the header files and 
libraries.  Afte you've installed the devel packages, you can then proceed 
and run zinf's configure script.
