In order to submit a translation you should look
at the po/zinf.pot and any documentation you can
find on the gettext function

   http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/

This will explain the process of creating a new translation
file that zinf will use to translate the visible
strings.

Can somebody else give any pointers to getting a translation
started?
