I have not heard of magnet.. could you send  links of the libraries you
speak of. (google search return an image search program).

However,  this does bring up an application that I have wanted
for long time.   Closer integration of the browser and the 
file sharing networks.    For example, say I have 3 songs from
the latest artist X album.   I would like to be able to collect
some metadata about the album based on the tracks I do have 
and send request to the file sharing network for the tracks
I don't.   When discovered these would be integrated into
my music collection.

What you are suggesting is different.  In fact, if it's simply
another type of streaming module and there's a library
to handle the grungy stuff, it wouldn't be hard to add.
