www.bitzi.com will get you some of the meta-data. I'm not sure, but since bitzi is co-run by the spec-writer for magnet-uri, I'm guessing there's a tie-in too.  

Or, if you have id3 data on one mp3, you can use the album name and artist to look for the other songs using p2p.

Gnucleus is a library meant for embedding in other apps (BearShare uses it, I believe)
