Debug RTP streams (RESEND)

Hi,

	Recently installed 2.2.1 on my FreeBSD system, and I'm trying to
 access the office Obsequium server. rtp://MACHINE.ttsg.com:PORT/ .
 
 	I did a tcpdump, and I don't even see it trying to contact the
 server. Is there something I can do to debug this?
