Sorry we are in the process of restoring the win32 build we cannot
reproduce your errors.  Zinf has it's own plugins, but some
work was done to support winamp plugins also.   I am not sure
what the status is.   The decoding engine is Xing,  but one developer
is in the process of upgrading the engine to mad or libmpeg.
