I used to use iTunes.  I liked it, except it's not free software and it
doesn't run on my SuSE system.  The nice thing about iTunes was it was
very easy to just type in a few letters of an artist or track name, and
get a bunch of tracks matching it in an instant.  That was my favorite
way to build play lists in iTunes.

The panel view of iTunes was also very nice.  In one panel you had a
list of artists.  Click on the artist and you get a list of albums by
that artist in the next panel.  Click on an album and you get the tracks
of that album in a third panel.  Very slick, much better than anything
else I've ever seen --- including the tree view of MusicMatch Jukebox
and Zinf.
