I tried to patch using the above command as suggested and it gave the following error:

Hunk #1 FAILED at 59.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file io/cd/unix/include/cdpmo.h.rej
patching file io/cd/unix/src/cdpmo.cpp
Hunk #1 FAILED at 106.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file io/cd/unix/src/cdpmo.cpp.rej

It appears that the patching process has failed. Is there anything else I could try?

Thanks,
Matt.
