Glenn I have downloaded 10GB of music from emusic using freeamp and zinf no problems. I also use zinf as my sole audio player, again without problems. I can only think of 2 things that may be causing you grief: 1. You are running windows 9x/me in which case crashing is not an unusual experience ( I run 2000 at home and NT 4.0 at work) 2. You have installed windows media player 7 and/or real player at some point. They are practically viruses in that they take control of your computer and insidiously associate themselves with everything causing all manner of misery. Neither Zinf or the Emusic Player works after a few albums have been downloaded. I have deleted, uninstalled, and reinstalled in all ways possible and then one or two albums are grabbed fine, then snap! it closes down on me. To think that this is part of what I am paying for it very annoying.
