While I don't doubt Brian's experience is genuine it just does not
answer the problems many people are experiencing with Zinf. I am
normally a Mac user but acquired an out-of-the box PC running Windows
XP in order to evaluate some programs for teaching chemistry. This
machine has no Real Audio or Windows Media s/w installed yet Zinf
behaved exactly as described by Glenn below when I tried to use it to
download E-music albums. Since the program is freeware the developers
are under no obligation to do anything for anyone - but if someone is
actually interested in solving the problem a good first step would be
to stop trying to blame it on the victims just because not everyone
encounters it.
