I agree that the program itself is not the problem. The folks that support is are not the problem either. They have been most helpful. I have to wonder why a company that provides a service for pay would choose this program in the first place. Real Jukebox did the job perfectly for me before they made the switch. Now, Zinf crashes all the time and EMusic is still collecting my subscription fees monthly. They should have either had a well tested program in place before making the switch or just left things well enough alone.
