>After a few days of flawless operation my Zinf has just stopped >working with an error message 'Zinf has encountered a problem and >needs to close'. Uninstalling, downloading again and reinstalling >makes no difference. Any suggestions for a cure - or an alternative >program for downloading full Cds from EMusic? I'm glad I've not the only one having this problem. Mine worked fine for a few days. Now when I try to open the program I get a box telling me some of my audio file types have been taken by another program. It wants to know if I want them transferred back to Zinf. It doesn't matter which box I check. Neither of them make things happen. After I click on the box it just dies and nothing will bring it back to life. I've contacted E-Music. Of course they've been no help at all. I'm seriously thinking of doing away with my subscription.
