Windows IPF

I had to uninstall Zinf in order to shift it to a different drive.  When I
installed again, I can't run the program, get a windows IPF as below soon as
the program opens (it installed okay.)  This is  on a Win 98 box.  The
program never gave me problems before, and I already miss it.  Anyone care
to tell me how to troubleshoot?
