Install as normal user

Hi,

when installing as non-root user the binaries are buried in
~/.local/bin. IMO the user should be informed that he probably
needs to set a path to this directory. The menu entries could
use an absolute path so they work correcly.

(Tried with autopackage 1.2.4)
