Also I think that AP guys are capable of handling GIT but Mercurial
have the same funcionality. Projects that use mercurial: opensolaris,
openjdk, python, mozilla, xen... Oh, they are the big guys, no bad :P

improved very much." :) . For GR-lida we use sharesource.org because
is fast and have mercurial support from the beggining (when SF had
not), but if the important thing is the reliability the mirrors of SF
are better. There are two ways to use, the automatic routing system of
SF (like in my example of tortoisesvn) or a list of mirrors (like
freebsd/gentoo use for ports with distfiles in SF). Remember that a
downtime in SF not is a downtime in all indepent mirrors that this
use.

And yes, SF was a downtime but GMail was several this year. Nobody is perfe=
ct :)
