The packages came from Bacula repo
https://www.bacula.org/packages/602ba8b976d0e/debs/15.0.2/dists/jammy but
don't include all of the tools or baculum.  I set the Volume size etc
piecing together a couple of web articles I found of the Ultrium920 LTO-3
drive so I could have very well set that section up wrong.

This is a bare VM so I'll halt it and install 24.04.  I couldn't find out
if it was included or not so I'll deploy that to see if I have any better
luck.
