Hello Roberto,

Any chance you have disabled attribute spooling?  ie: `SpoolAttributes = no` in a Job.

This is the first thing that I can see which could inexplicably slow things down.  If you are monitoring the MySQL 
server/service, have a look to those graphs during the Full backup run time.
