SpoolAttributes is set as yes in the JobDefs, and not mentioned anywhere
else in my setup, so thats not it.
I'm not monitoring the MySQL service specifically, but I can add this.
In any case, there are no HDD/IO indications of problems here, but I
will add more specific monitoring.
