A timely announcement for Australian BELTS users from Sourceforge:

SF.NET now has two additional download mirrors.  The first, Flow
Communications, is our first mirror in Australia.   We know, from
looking at statistics, that SF.NET has many enthusiastic developers
'down under'.  We are very excited that SF.net now has a server in
