JBoss 3.2 RC4

JBoss 3.2 RC4 has hit the streets. I've been running BELTS with the 3.2
CVS version and with no issues (in fact less issues than are currently
encountered with the 3.2b3 version BELTS 1.0.0 is currently using).

I feel the project should be upgraded to this version as soon as
possible, any reasons why we shouldn't can't?
