Jira 2.0

The jira server at http://jira.thelearningfederation.edu.au/ has been
upgraded to 2.0.2. 

All of the data from the 1.4.3 version has been imported.

Note: jira 2.x mounted from the / context (as opposed to the
/jira context). You may need to update your bookmarks. 

If you have any problems please let me know.
