I don't know this for a fact.  However, when experimenting with the 
physics a little.  (Take the ball dropping example, change the balls to 
rectangular solids, and dispose of them less frequently if at all.  
When I did this, I was able to get Breve to reliably crash.  Sometimes 
it would take more time, sometimes less, but a few seconds was always 
enough.)
