bug in get-joint-angles?

It appears that get-joint-angles for UniversalJoint returns a vector for
which only the X component is valid.  For example, if you add the following
line of code to the iterate method for the ExampleUniversalJoint class in
the JointTypeExample demo

        print (self get-joint-angles).

you'll see that the X values in the vectors change, but the Y and Z values
do not.  The Z value should remain constant, but the Y value should
change.  Is this a (un)known bug, or am I missing something?  Thanks.
