Breve on Redhat Linux

Hello,
    
Does anyone have a step-by-step guide to getting the latest version of Breve 
up and running under Redhat linux? It's complaining about not being able to 
find the termcap.so.2 library, and I wondered if anyone had had any success in 
getting it all working?
