Hello,
I used the built in NeuralNetwork class in the lib folder in a
simulation I wrote for 2.2. I would like to upgrade to 2.3 but the
runtime error generated by the null pointer in the add-layer method is
beyond my understanding of the wrapper-plugin stuff. Can anyone help?

P.S. I would like to contribute to future built in neural network code.
Also, I have a really nifty evolutionary simulation of a Braitenberg
style vehicle <with slightly more complex neural network brain>
assembling similar vehicles. I hope to publish the results at the CIG
IEEE conference in Reno.
