This is a new one. Does it matter what you try to change? Or are specific
things unchangeable while others can be changed?

This all sounds ok, but you may want to try 0.2.4pre if you can. It's
basically 0.2.4 without the updated language files.

Can you try with a different browser maybe? It *shouldn't* matter, but I
can't say for sure (I'm in a world without windows here, so can't test on
Windows or from Windows).
I'm not really sure what it is unless there is one particular item that is
causing the problem. Can you try changing one thing at a time and see if
certain ones will let you update and some won't? That's my guess because
you say it works occassionally.
