Need an anti-spam extension

Greetings,

Since late last week, our bugzilla instances are being beaten up by
spammers. I'm desperately looking for an extension that will intercept
anything comment or bug committed. If the submitter has less than X
comments on Bugzilla and the post contains keywords matching REGEXP,
then block the bug or commment with an error.

I will pay $$ to have someone brew something up like this really
quickly.  Cleaning up this time consuming.
