Hi,

You might find some initial inspiration for this in the attachment posted
at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=380489 , although that one
probably no longer applies cleanly.

Comment #18 in the same thread offers a link to a patch that implements a
Captcha system.

Disclaimer: neither of those two solutions were reviewed / approved by the
Bugzilla project.
