REST documentation/swagger

I have a prototype swagger rest documentation/interface
using swagger 3 at:

  https://rouilj. dynamic-dns.net/~rouilj/restapi3/

(remove the space when using) my thought is to generate a json
document describing the rest interface using roundup's templates so it
doesn't need to be manually maintained with every class and property.

Right now the json driving the doc is manually generated as a POC.

Note that the roundup instance is running on python3, so only GET is
working at the moment.

Thoughts?
