Hi all:
I just came across Tobias Herps's merge request on sourceforge (from
2018):
https://sourceforge.net/u/tobias-herp-42/roundup/ci/d88b9125308383d125a60c86fb37759b1dc640ae/
This adds strings from the responsive templates to the shipped
roundup.pot.
I looked at locale/GNUMakefile and it looks like it only extracts
strings from:
../share/roundup/templates/classic/html/*.html \
../share/roundup/templates/minimal/html/*.html
Should it be covering all of the templates into the main roundup.pot?
A tracker can have its own locale subdirectory with translations as
described in doc/developers.txt. The .pot file can be generated using
roundup-gettext.
Does anybody working on the jinja templates know if roundup-gettext
will extract strings from the jinja templates?
Should we be shipping locale subdirs for each tracker example rather
than putting it in the main roundup.pot?
I am planning on releasing a beta at end of the month with the 20th
anniversary release around July 13th and would like to fix this before
then.
Thanks all. Have a great week.
