[issue2551213] Find out why jinja2 template is missing _generic.item.html

changeset:   6753:2bca9fcef70d fixes a problem with _generic.item.html in the 4 tal based
templates. It turns out the jinja2 template is missing that file.

So what happens when a user looks at:

  tracker/status1

for example?

Todo deploy jinja2 in demo mode and test. If it crashes, create a jinja2 version of 
_generic.item.html and add to code base.
