New "responsive" design template (was: Roundup 1.4.2)

If you want to peek a look at this new template of course
there is 
  python demo.py -t responsive nuke
but, there is one thing more to do after the above command, which will 
have created a "demo" subdirectory holding the new demo instance:
Within "demo/config.ini" change the following line to:
  static_files = static
