Roundup 1.4.21 Credits

In 7 month we went from 1.4.20 to 1.4.21.
The new template using a responsive html design of the bootstrap
library certainly is the most interesting new addition.
While this new template is still in beta, it does mean
that roundup in its 12ths year is making the leap 
into the new world of tablets.

The roundup initiative welcomes your feedback! Any feedback!
Here is how to take a look on the new template:
   python demo.py --nuke responsive
Ctrl-C
   vim demo/config.ini
change the following line to serve the static files
      static_files = static
and restart
   python demo.py
(When considering this for production use 
check back on our hg repository for latest improvements.)

Among the 6 new features in total,
there is Ezio's new code for sending notification to IRC
and Anatoly's overhaul of the windows port.

We've fixed 21 issues.
