I am in the process of evaluating roundup to see if It can be used for
managing our abuse desk.

I am using version 1.4.20 on a debian machine using a pgsql db backend.

At the moment I have one main issue:

I receive notifications from spamcop, however the sender address is in the
form

<randomnumber>@reports.spamcop.net

I would like to associate all spamcop reports to the same roundup user that
I have previously created in roundup from initial_data.py.

I tried using auditors, intercepting the sender email address and changing
it on the fly, but I have been unsuccesful so far.

I have also thought on using a a reactor that changes the author of an
issue after it has been inserted in the db (and then deleting the original
author record) but in the documentation it is suggested to use auditors to
change data.

Do you have any suggestions?

Yann
