Editing roles after tracker creation

I'm trying to implement changes to, say, the anonymous role. The default
schema.py granted view permissions to issues but I'd like anonymous
users to be met by only a login prompt.

Reading the documentation and experimenting quite a bit didn't get me
anywhere, so how do I use roundup-admin to change permissions for roles?
