Hi, I recently discovered Roundup when I was searching for an issue tracker. I would like some answers before I plunge in ;-) I would like to make a "Quality issue tracker" for our ISO9000 system. - Is it possible to get reports ? Using the "classic" template e.g. : between two dates, give all issues, grouped by "assigned" and "priority", and if resolved, the time between registration and resolution. - Is it possible to have the issue number in an own format ? This also implies that the email-engine know that format, to be able to handle incoming mails. We already have a system (in Excel, not easy to use) and we would like to use the numbering system from there. - Is it possible to give mail a specific layout ? What I would like to do : a user creates a case via the web-interface. There the user has to enter one or more contact-persons. When the case is registered, those people get a mail in html-format, with some logo's, so it resembles our standard email-layout. The registering user also gets a mail, but that can be just plain text, so he also knowns the issue-number. - Can Roundup "act on its own" ? I mean, I would like roundup to send reminders if a target-date is approaching or not met. That's all for now. I'm looking forward for your answers, thanks already.
