featurerequest: email as username

Hi developers, i have a featurerequest, so I do not have to change the source code. Could you please just introduce a setting use_email_as_username = yes|no (default no) that changes mailgw.py's behaviour to check if there is a @ sign and then only taking the left part of the email address to just take the email address if the config setting is yes.
