bugs parenteses and typo in de

hi,

and here we go on...
i have two bugs (I guess the second is also a bug, but please confirm it)

1. typo in de translation:
the word "priority" is translatet wrong, it should be "Priorität"

2. in the html/issue.item.html template file there seems a ) to much?
     <p tal:condition="python:not (context.is_view_ok()
-    or request.user.hasRole('Anonymous'))" i18n:translate="">
      You are not allowed to view this page.</p>

+    or request.user.hasRole('Anonymous')" i18n:translate="">

by the way, I did not understand how to "overwrite" the original "de" 
translation with a local locale file. How can I do that?
