stats simple: roundup-cc via cvs exports

Hi, 
here is an experimental mini-script by Sean Engelhardt 
that can use the cvs export to collect simple stats
about a roundup instance.

In python3.
You need to call one script periodically (e.g. by using cron on Debian)
which will save some values of the cvs export in a sqlite3 db.
A second script will create a svg based graph with the javscript d3js.org
library.
