Updates to issues.roundup-tracker.org

Hi all:

I just finished up some updates to https://issues.roundup-tracker.org.

Highlights:

  * drag and drop of files and images is supported. The UI needs work
    to allow deleting individual added files. Firefox allows you to
    empty an upload control, but chrome/safari do not. If anybody would
    like to work on adding a delete button, that would be great.

  * the tracker has an RSS feed at:
       https://issues.roundup-tracker.org/@@file/rss.xml
    point your rss reader there any you can see all changes to issues.

  * search by people on the nosy list and search by priority.

  * normal users can modify status, so they can close tickets.

  * updates to improve html5 compliance, resolve usability and ARIA issues.

  * added an about page at: https://issues.roundup-tracker.org/?@template=about

so feel free to browse it and if there is something you would like to
add to your tracker, check out the repo for how I did it.
